Shipping charges vary depending on your order amount. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €1000. This offer is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

Although we make every effort to adhere to our shipping schedules, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier-related issues, or other unforeseen events. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

Returns

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return any product. We believe this timeframe provides ample opportunity to assess your purchase and decide accordingly. 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Be sure to include all original accessories, manuals, and components.

Reach out to our customer service team to begin the return process before sending back any items. Share your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you with detailed steps on how to complete the return. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. Please note that these shipping fees are non-refundable.
